TRAIL
ART RESIDENCY
Belonging is not a fixed state but a living process, shaped by what we inherit and what we choose. In this edition of the Trail Art Residency, four artists engage directly with the forest, transforming found materials into works that listen, heal, and reimagine connection. Parimah Avani weaves cedar dust and cages into letters to non-human spirits and questions of ownership; Ruve Narang lifts fallen branches into quiet acts of resilience; Arta Shadman traces roots with turmeric as chosen paths of healing and belonging; and Stela Xhiku reveals the living code of trees through touch and charcoal. Together, their works create a constellation where the trail itself becomes a shared ground of memory, offering, and renewal.
